Hitech Craft has been providing equipment sales and service support to the wafer fab and semiconductor industry in Malaysia since 1999.      
We have delivered and installed several diffusion/LPCVD furnaces, plasma ashers and wet etch/clean systems in Malaysia.
In the education sector, we have developed a turnkey solution for students to learn the fundamentals of wafer fabrication through both theory and laboratory sessions.
We are expanding our services to cater for the MEMS, Nanotechnology and Advanced Packaging Sectors.
