Jeffrey Fam, Manager
As a veteran of more than 10 years experience in Semiconductor wafer fabrication industry, he started his long career at Chartered Semiconductor, Singapore in 1993 after obtaining his bachelor of Engineering from NTU Singapore. He held manufacturing position in Backgrind/E-Test and equipment engineering position in Thin Film module before moving to Silterra, Malaysia, in 2000 as a process staff engineer in the Thin Film module.
After successfully pioneered the technology transfer from LSI to Silterra, Mr. Jeffrey moved on to Hitech Craft (M) Sdn Bhd to become a director in 2001. He manage a group of engineers to start up MIMOS Fab2 Diffusion and Wet Clean modules. In year 2004, he set up a complete wafer fabrication laboratory for training of local undergraduates in fabricating transistors in KUKUM, a university in Malaysia. In 2006, he set up another ModuLab in KUiTTHO, Batu Pahat.
